What are the options for ordering?
We offer you the option of ordering directly in our store with personal consultation. Alternatively, you can also order by phone or directly through our online shop.

Costs and shipping information
We place our trust in our customers, and we expect them to place their trust in us. Therefore, we offer free shipping within Austria for orders over €50. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship dog food. In-store payments can be made by cash or debit card. For our online customers, we offer payment by invoice or bank transfer.

We ask for your understanding, however, we can only accept returns of unopened or sealed packages with a valid proof of purchase. Our return period is 14 days; any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
